Sledging the Eigergletscher Area of Grindelwald

The last time we went to Grindelwald, we did the epic trip up to the Faulhorn and then down to Grindelwald. This time we went on the other side of the Grindelwald valley and sledged down from the Eigergletscher Station via 2 different routes.

1. Route: Eigergletscher down to Brandegg
It was an easy trip with various walking sections which could not be your favourite in case you want to sledge only. I can’t really recommend this route (due to the walking parts) except for the last part close to Brandegg which is interesting.

2. Route: Kleine Scheidegg - Wengen - Männlichen - Holenstein
Pretty awesome trip, especially the first part down to Wengen. Then you take the cable car up to Männlichen from which you head down to Holenstein. The track down to Grindelwald Terminal was closed during our time.
