It’s good to have friends in Lucerne - because from there it’s just a short trip with the car to one of the dozens small but amazing hiking possibilities which basically surround the city.
Recently, we met late afternoon in Lucerne, drove 20 min to the nearby Eigenthal (970m) just in order to climb up the to the peak of the Regenflüeli (1582m) for having dinner, watching the sun set and realize that Switzerland can be that beautiful.
